Very poor customer service and terrible housekeeping. Lack of amenities and staff. All the pics were taken AFTER housekeeping had “cleaned” our room. When we called for an additional robe as they took one and left the wet one from the night before, it was just tossed on the bed. We asked to have the dirty glasses picked up but they ended up staying for 2 night. One night we asked for an additional bottle of wine and we were told we would have to go get if from the lobby as no one could bring it to us. When checking out she a... read more

We had lunch at the restaurant and enjoyed some champagne in adirondack chairs with a beautiful red rocks backdrop. Lunch was delicious and restaurant and bar service was excellent. We did not stay at the resort.
Free valet and shuttle. Enjoyed the wine hour every night and free coffee in the morning.

Everyone was very kind & helpful with anything! The food was wonderful and the little details made our stay worthwhile. We traveled with no kids & felt like we were on a mini honeymoon. Modern, romantic ambiance. Highly recommend!

beautiful loved the open fire pits and overall ambiance, the only thing I would suggest if the food at the restaurant could have been a little more "tasty" maybe more original but as far as the grounds and the rooms one of the best I have ever stayed at, alot of character and comfort! Definitely would go back!
