It is taking over 3 weeks for a refund. Total lack of customer service!!! no returned calls or emails. No excuse!!! Shame on you for advertising otherwise.

I cancelled my reservation over a month ago and have still not received my refund. I've called the hotel and left messages twice and emailed. No one gets back to me. Please don't stay here or book a room here, these people are crooks.
