Recently traveled to Sedona to visit some friends who happened to be staying at the resort. We had trouble locating them at the resort and the service at the front desk was phenomenal. I had left my phone in the car. Stella, the front desk worker at the time, was extremely helpful and we were in no time in the company of our friends. Not only was the service exceptional but this resort is gorgeous and the room was top notch. We didn't stay at Amara on this trip, but we will without question stay here our next time in town.
The grounds are nice but it's not easy to get around I was on the second floor so there were lots of stairs even if you take the elevator. The charging port by the bed did not work. The first time I used the shower the water would not turn off so I had to call me maintenance. He did not speak English but I was able to watch him It took him several tries to get the water to shut off. Great hotel, wonderful views
We had a wonderful stay at Amara. The service is top tier we couldn’t have asked for a better experience here. Would highly recommend to anyone ! Salt rock kitchen is delicious too.
