I went here with the thought that I had strep throat because I had a bad sore throat with no other symptoms immediately after my daughter just had a bad case of strep. They went down a list of symptoms and I told them about my daughter. ..I immediately got the feeling they thought I was faking and told me all I had was a virus. They did a rapid test and didn't even bring up sending it for a culture. Wow! Got in without a wait unlike the other clinics in the area! The staff was super friendly! I'd recommend friends AND family to go here!
This is a well run clinic and the staff is excellent.
Quick service and the staff is always nice. I've taken my son to Amana Care twice and both times we were in and out in the time it would've taken to wait in the lobby at other walk in clinics. The staff takes their time to explain what they're doing, including the front desk staff when they do check-in. Definitely recommend Amana Care!
My wife went there today and came home crying, she said they yelled at her and only took her temperature, she has been unable to sleep because her side Hurt's, she Wake's up moning in the night, it's been three day's and I made her go she didn't want to. I just want to thank you for the extra stress you have put on her and the care you had for her concern's! She will not be coming back!
GREAT staff and Stacy was absolutely wonderful with my daughter, I will definitely be making this my convenient care of choice.
