Our association with Amada Care was terminated due to unacceptable conduct by one of their caregivers and the agency’s handling of the matter thereafter. The experience raised serious concerns regarding professionalism, respect, and ethical responsibility in the care provided to elderly individuals. Given these concerns, we concluded that continuing the relationship was not in our best interest.

Cheyenne was great. They came in an emergency at 10pm on Easter Sunday. Really saved us. 100% would recommend.

My husband had a stroke and needed someone to sit round the clock with him at the rehab and hospital as he needed assistance getting up and helping with meals. As we all know there is not enough staff at these places to be of assistance to patients right away. I have personally witnessed elderly in the hospital being served their meal and the food tray was delivered and just left by the bedside until someone had the time to come help them eat. As a healthcare professional in an assisted living/memory care setting, our families sometimes need companion services. Amada has been the best experience for families.
