I met with Dr. Aigen yesterday and we primarily discussed my psoriasis. I am writing this review to counter the Negative ones. Dr. Rosen Aigen is very professional, knowledgable and also has a good bedside manner. I am someone that comes from a medical family and will add that you can’t expect the old caring way of family docs as these M. D. ‘s are under a time gun being part of the U. Miami system. Although I only came for a body scan, Dr. Aigen and her Resident noticed something on my thumb nail that I have lived with for years, took a serious look and prescribed treatment.

I went in through a recommendation and waited almost 3 months for their first opening. I arrived and filled out their many forms. I saw dr Alyx Rosen and she basically asked me what I want versus looking at my skin and figuring out what I needed as part of a consultation after asking her to do so directly. She was in the room no more than 2 minutes and I never heard from her again after she said shed review the medical files to assess on treatment plan. U of M has some good doctors. In my estimation this is not one of them. In addition to what I would describe as a lousy office experience, I have been getting large bills from all over apparently generated by my visit to this character.

After waiting for over an hour for my appointment, this doctor rushed in to look at my skin for 15 minutes at the most. I had time to ask a few questions and that was it. 4 months later I received a bill stating that she spent 30-40 minutes with me and that she removed lesions! The bill was over $700! Don't waste your time at this disorganized and dysfunctional office.
