Alvarado Veterinary Clinic is This clinic is fantastic! The vets there are very knowledgeable, especially Dr. Vaughan. He is so smart and compassionate. They provide a service that doesn't compare to other clinics. Someone is available 24 hours a day. Great prices and service.

Very caring Vets, Very reasonable prices! I found out about this vet in 2002 from a friend of mine that owned a horse ranch. I have been using them ever since. The times I have been to their office, the vets and staff have been wonderful. The girls at the desk are always busy, but any time I call they are very knowledgeable, and if a call back is requested, the Vet always calls back in a timely manner. Pretty Good Vet Services ! I have used this clinic for over 22 years.. for horses & dogs, now just dogs. I raise a Toy Breed Dog. There is always someone on call, so when I need a C-section, in the middle of the night... I know I can get it, and, at a pretty reasonable price. MOST... of the Vets are pretty knowledgeable about Toy Dogs....BUT, If you have a problem, and they don't know what it is, you can spend several hundred dollars for tests ,.. and still not find the cause, and lose the pup. Very Pleased!!! We have been very pleased with Alvarado Veterinary Clinic. We started using them when we moved about 3 years ago from Dallas and our previous vet was too far away. We've taken our dogs and cats there on several occasions. I even met one doctor after hours because my goats twin #2 was breach. He was very good and encouraging during the process. Best In Show My family has used this clinic for more than 17 years now. The vets are awesome and the staff excellent. They were more than sympathetic when we found out that our beloved dog had heart worms. They saw us through the whole ordeal and made us feel like family. They have a very caring staff who seem to have unending patience . I found that the stellar reputation of this facility and it's staff is widespread. Vickie I took my pom in who was accidently hit by a neighbor. It was after hours and the vet rushed right up there after promptly answering his phone. Unfortunately Rusty had to be put to sleep because his back was broken. The vet and tech were so kind and compassionate. They gave me time with him and let me fall apart. Handing me tissues and such. Great experiences Alvarado Vet clinic consists of 13 Veterinarians, it is a very large and clean hospital. Recomendation very HIGH would recomend using night or day. Great emergency and patient care, boarding facilities are wonderful.
Karen Sandvold I was one of the first patients when Bud opened the clinic and have been going there ever since. I have always been pleased with their service and successful treatments. What more can I say? They saved the lives of two of my dogs when another vet nearly killed them. They also respect the opinions of their customers - which is very rare among vets.
