I don’t recommend anybody Coming here but if you have to the service and the people are great. Very nice service and Dr. Kim was great

After a stressful, and painful, day of finding help for my eye, I was recommended to go to the ER here. I arrived in the middle of the night and they checked me in and got me a bed very quickly which was awesome. The man at the desk was very nice and helpful. The staff in general were nice and helpful! I did wait a long time to get my eye actually checked, but it was a busy night so it was expected. Once everything started rolling, everything went quick and smooth. I went to their ER due to heart complications and they had no AC, was very warm and smelly. I was then transferred to the 5th floor for a heart surgery and an entire section of the 5th floor, where my room was had no AC as well, due to AC being broken per their staff. I was there on 8/7 & 8/8/18. the room was warm, which helps bacteria to grow and was uncomfortable. Also, they best they were able to do about it was providing a fan! Worst hospital ever how the hell you going to be a nurse and be so disrespectful they don't care about the patient they are only there for a pay check which they don't deserve I will never go to this hospital for any kind of treatment after seeing what they did to my friend I would rather go to death valley smdh

First off they don't even deserve a star. It was super hot in the hospital & had to request a fan. Second I stayed over night with my finacee in ICU with no issues & just 30 mins ago with my bf being kept again a nurse came & told me I had to leave. I told her I stayed last night & she replies I wasn't here to witness that so you need to leave.. Seriously just rude!!! If your going to enforce rules then enforce them by all means.. Don't do it when you feel like it

This hospital's doctors are stereotypical and did not respect the good that my daughter is about. They accused her of being a drunk, doing drugs as all of the worldly things that people do that she does not. I talking with my lawyer about this because this is not acceptable.
