I called at 4:47 PM to pay my balance today and asked to speak to the billing department, who I was told closes at 5:30 PM. There was no answer from billing and eventually the operator (who was very kind) picked back up at let me know that the billing department had probably left early for the day and to call back another time. How is that acceptable?
I've been an RN here for 13 years and I think it's a great hospital.
