well i start working their since july 2020 i just quiet on August 2020 i was working for the evs housekeeping yes i go to the floors i been going to the er icu from both sides i been going to the same day service i been going to the 3th and 5th floor their is alot of things that i didn't like how the nurses ignored the patients the patients they can be screaming for help and the nurses they dont pay attention to their patients and alot more that i am not gonna say and is not my business yes i been going the 4th floor that fl... read more
My brother had gone to the ER for chest pains, and as he was there a bald male nurse, before even speaking with my brother, was talking about him to his coworkers asking if anyone else spoke Spanish. All this not knowing my brother could hear him, and he also called him a coconut. The whole time while my brother was trying to figure out why he had chest pains and a high blood pressure, the same ER nurse was being so rude and unprofessional.

RecommendedPlease don't let the negative reviews deter you from seeking help at Alvarado Hospital. (I'm sorry if I misspell names) From registration to the day of my surgery, May 22nd. Everyone was kind and friendly. The day of my surgery, Lynn and Janelle from the "Same Day Services" department, made me feel at ease going into surgery. During my stay, the nurses on the 6th floor, especially Jarelle, Zy and Olga. Treated me well and made my stay very comfortable. Thank you everyone that interacted with me during my 2 day stay.
