Took my husband Wednesday, he saw Ty. Ty had a great bed side manor and was very thorough. My husband had an upper respiratory infection, they gave him a few shots, and some antibiotics. Ended up back there with my youngest son Saturday, he saw Dr. Tom Carter. Was also diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, and was given antibiotics and cough syrup. First, Ty (the PA, that sees patients) was awesome! Very thorough and caring. Making sure the problem was diagnosed correctly. We Wound up admitting for a same day surgery! Relatively quick. He gets 5 stars. I only gave 4 stars because there IS room for improvement. The nurse needs to educate herself a little more and gain some confidance, and they need to get the necessary equipment in they would use on a regular basic.
