The doctor here is an absolute quack. Brought my daughter in for a croup like cough, earache, fever, and vomiting. He prescribed her TWO antihistamines and ear drops. After finishing the Z-pack yesterday, I start to wonder why she isn’t better. So I take her in today in Lawton, for a second opinion. They asked me why I was giving her ear drops, because she most certainly still has a double ear infection. And why I was not given steroids for her croup. Do not take your children here. RecommendedI went the other day and not only was I helped with the problems I was having. I was cared about and we talked a lot about prevention! My visit last week was a 10/10!
Awful hours, staff laugh at and discuss patients' physical problems behind closed doors with staff and their personal friends (only know this since I did worked there) which is a direct violation of HIPPA and are very unprofessional when it comes to training staff and dealing with patients confidentiality. Treat petients that pay well, but there's an obvious reason they can't keep nurses on board.
Wonderful staff, great service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. THANK YOU!
