You can't beat... (Verified Renter) You can't beat the layout of Altitude Apartments. In fact, they were more appropriately called "cottages" in the past as they are not really apartments.
The complex is... (Verified Renter) The complex is lacking in amenities. The gym is small and doesn't have a lot of equipment. There is not hot tub, or community garden space. I wish there were more community events, I've only seen one and lived here almost a year. The apartments themselves are amazing. They are spacious with lots of natural light and beautiful views. The staff is helpful, however they are slow. We asked to renew our lease a few weeks ago and still haven't heard back.
The area is... (Verified Renter) The area is really nice. And Wes and Brittany in the office have been helpful towards me. A very professional staff.
We love living... (Verified Renter) We love living here. The apartments are beautiful and very well designed. We very rarely hear any noise from our neighbors and vice versa. The community feels relatively safe with the exception of the parking lot being a frequent place of car break ins.
