Verified Renter This property is a true gem. The location is absolutely perfect. Beautiful views and easy access to both I70 and 6th Avenue so easy to get to the Denver area and the mountains in no time at all.
Verified Renter Absolutely terrible management and lease signing process, dirty upon move-in, but was fixed quickly. I have been told it has changed since I moved in so maybe things will get better. Great location. Too expensive for the quality of the apartment.
