Verified Renter Pricey, but good apartments usually are. Great location and well-built units. Maintenance crew response is prompt and professional. I am not happy with the continual property manager changes and a few add-on monthly fees. Very few tenants require or use the “valet trash service”, but everyone is charged $25-30/mo. Regular large trash bins which are located near each group of units are sufficient for most of the residents without the extra charge.
