Views GALORE.... SO many beautiful views at this apartment complex and SO close to downtown Golden. These apartments are a hidden gem! They are updated and have the most amazing location. There are very close trails that connect to North Table so there's hiking in your backyard. The management is wonderful (Sandra especially). My fiancé and I lived there and love it! Same with our guests that would come visit! We highly recommend living there, you won't regret it!!

It?s very expensive,... (Verified Renter) It?s very expensive, maintenance doesn?t get completed in a timely fashion, and too many people smoke. Our apartment always smells like smoke.
The community overall... (Verified Renter) The community overall Is nice but a little sterile. The rent is on the high side of market. The gym could be much better. The location is great.
