Asked questions about any activity with insects inside. I would truly say that all "service professionals" from Alterra have been very professional and seem to enjoy their job since our family has been a customer for approximately a year. Highly recommend.

I have had Alterra for about a year and today we had Theodore Richter come out. At our house we have 2 cats, 1 dog, 24 chickens, lots of kids that play here and my daughter is on chemo and we are told to avoid all treatments around her. So it is challenging. Theodore explained the chemicals and everything he was doing,put out some glue traps, explained that he saw sunlight by the basement door- allowing spiders , bugs & heat to come in at any time. Demitrius was excellent today. We have field mice that have decided to make shop in our house. He set traps and even pulled out everything that was under one of my sinks where a mouse had been living at. He informed me that if a mouse was caught that I could call and he would come back to remove it! Alterra is a great company, would recommend it to anyone! Derek and Shinita F.
