I have been an Alterra customer for a while and have found them to be excellent in customer service. My Service Pro, Demitrios Adams, was very knowledgable in what needed to be done to get rid of an ant problem. He was very thorough in the extermination and clean up. Had a terrible problem with ants, spiders and a mouse. Sam from Alterra Pest Control was excellent - spent an hour clearing spider webs, found point of entries for mice and ants as well as a wasp's nest. Would definitely recommend.
Ronnie Wilson did a great job spraying every nook and cranny inside our house for our re-treatment. He was very kind and patient and made sure every area was covered thoroughly. He was very concerned about not tracking any dirt into the house and wouldn't step inside until he had shoe covers on. I highly recommend Alterra Pest control and Ronnie Wilson especially.

We've been very happy since we signed a contract with Alterra. In our most recent visit, Takeisha was very friendly. She wanted to make sure we did not have concerns or questions.
I had a great experience yesterday with Alterra. I was running a little late and Sam the tech was very accomodating. He did another service to give me a little more time to get home. He was very pleasant when I arrived. It was messy out so he put shoe protectors on before entering my home. Sam did everythig as I asked him to do.
Sam Haddix was polite and pleasant to work with. I appreciate him paying attention to detail.
