I've been having an issue with ants and spiders all summer without any relief so I was delighted when my next door neighbor referred me. Richard responded on time and did all the work on the agreement. He was polite and answered all my questions. He discovered an area where the ants were coming in which I hadn't realized. Brain, sales rep, assured me that the product was safe around my 5 year old. Although I have to wait to see results I feel hopeful this service was the right choice.
We were very pleased with the pest control treatment applied around our home. Ryan L., our pest control specialist, was very thorough and non-intrusive, as he applied his materials around the perimeter of the house. We are very pleased with the service.

I've been using Alterra for 3 years now. My Service Pro Mike W. was friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the different services he provided. I highly recommend Alterra for anyone that has a pest control problem- or wants to prevent one.
My technician was Theodore R. He conducted the quarterly/annual pest and did an outstanding job. He addressed all my concerns and did a full comprehensive spraying both inside and outside and also provided some extra treatment granules on required spots. Cleared all webs and hard to reach places, sprayed under the deck and discussed additional concerns. He did a great job as usual. The pest company is def better than the previous 2 I had, highly recommend.
I just recently signed an agreement with Alterra and had my initial service done. The Service Pro, Mike Windley was very professional and I was extremely impressed with his positive attitude and concern for my home and belongings. He even took great care to get the kids out of the back yard before he started working. And he had to do it twice! I was very pleased with his service and have already recommended him to my neighbors.
