Mahendra P. I was serviced by Kiefer W. he gave me outstanding service to my house inside and out and explanined to me all the stuff he was going to be doing and also how the stuff he uses works. I was very happy with Kiefer W. was very impressed with his work.

So far so good. The service is for quarterly visits and they have performed the first planned treatment this past week. Ants were starting to come out (due to all the rain) and after this treatment I expect to see fewer around outside. The treatment provide by Cameron was thorough.

On Friday I saw a few ants in my bathroom. Knowing a few can lead to many I called Alterra for a free re-service. I was given an appointment for Monday (Memorial Day) morning. I was surprised that they were working and completely expecting someone to show up in a bad mood since it was a holiday. My Service Pro M.Lopez-Cepero showed up with a smile and a pleasant mood. He took care of the ants and even a few beehives that were in the yard.

This is a pretty good and reasonably-priced service. We don't really want to hurt the ecosystem in our yard much -- we have a lot of birds, and foxes, and other things -- but we've also had LOTS of problems in this neighborhood with Lyme disease. Dane Jameer, who came out to helkp, listened to all that and discussed how he wanted to treat the house with us, and it sounded reasonable and he impressed me that he was listening to our issues. He's a good guy, and I would suggest people request him.

Today, I had my first Alterra visit. Anthony and Theodore were thorough and helpful. Unlike my previous pest control co. who couldn't touch my play set that was full of bugs, they assured me that they take care of that. My kids will be delighted. Garth who told me about the co also did a thorough job explaining everything to me. He convinced me to make the switch. Thank you, guys

I asked Alterra to come out to my house for a free re-service between my regular quarterly treatments. Seth and Daniel (didn't get last names) did a great job. They were efficient and intelligent. They explained what their special ant bait would do, what it was made of as I had concerns for my dog, and how long it would last. I would definitely recommend Alterra to anyone especially because of their safer solutions to pests.
