Clay Atkinson was my Service Pro today. He was Awesome! He was so nice and helpful. He came to take care of our Ant problem. He was very patient and very knowledgeable about bugs. He explained things to me without making me feel stupid. And, he was extremely careful as he sprayed inside my home. I really appreciate Clay's professionalism and friendliness. I hope that he will always be our "Bug Guy". Thanks!
Good service. Terrance Harden#115 sprayed the stuff around the house and insides all around. He forgot to put baits on top of cabinets, which he mentioned he would do. They cant spray anything above their head so they cant take care of stuff over the cabinets other than small baits.
Sean Denton was out today and introduced himself in a very professional way. Talked to him about the black ants on the back patio and he said he'd thoroughly spray and it should get rid of the problem. We're very pleased with his service. Bill K

Wow...talk about outstanding customer service! Cody came to my house tonight to take care of a yellow jacket problem. He was outstanding. Not only did he take care of the problem and more, he came at 7:45 in the evening when he was already on his way home. He drove all the way back to our town. They are coming back tomorrow to make sure the problem is taken care of when they do a quarterly treatment. With this kind of .service I will be a customer for a long time. First i had a gentleman knock on my door selling service. he was wonderful as he believed in the product not just trying to make money. cody came out today for the first service and he wad just as nice and explained over againto make sure i knew exactly what i was getting into. i am over surprised by alterra. One thing both gentleman said was i would see more bugs once sprayed because they are moving out of area. they were not exaggerating!

Had my first service today. The service rep, Tyrell Wooden, did a great job explaining everything they were doing and what to expect next. He was courteous and prompt.
Had my first service today. My tech, Cody Hughes, did an excellent jobbing explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Cody was on time and even called before arriving. Cody was very thorough and reviewed everything he did before leaving.
