Terrance Harden did a great job. Very thorough and courteous.
We needed an extra follow up appointment due to the fact that we live close to a wooded area. Sean Denton and Tyrell showed up in the time frame that was given. They swept all cob webs, and sprayed like they would if was a regular appointment. They were in and out really fast, gave me all the information I needed, and told me to call back if there were any other issues....they were great!
My service pro was Tyrell Wooden. He showed up in the time frame that I chose and did what they said they would do. I am looking forward to the results and having a spider free outside and inside.
Take their first offer. I had a great experience, but I waited until after the promotion and had a pay more. Tyrell Wooden was very friendly and explained everything that he did and why. He arrived more than 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and was gone almost as fast. Great professionalism.
We had a great experience with Sean Denton from Alterra. He was personable and knowledgeable. We had lots of questions, which he was able to answer confidently and accurately. He was also very accommodating to all of our requests. He treated us like individuals, not just another client, and catered our service specifically to us. Joe Bernicken did a fabulous job explaining the process he was going to be doing, precautions to keep our two dogs safe, and was extremely friendly and personable. He answered all of my questions about the current treatment as well as future treatments. He told me what to look for in between treatments so that I could call if I needed anything further.
