Had an ant problem that Jeff Roseberry addressed. Also Jeff went above and beyond to make sure that the inside of the house was treated properly . Answered questions and treated according to our problems.

Our service pro Sean Denton was very courteous. He arrived in the early part of the scheduled time, he got the job done quickly so that my dog would not be stuck inside too long and he re-locked my gate when he left. This was Alterra's second visit and so far we are satisfied with their service.
Terrance Harden was my service pro and he was an extremely professional and personable guy. Addressed all my concerns and took great care of the house with my second annual treatment and assured me if need be he would be back to address anything not covered. Forget spiders in my house!
