Donell was thorough and professional. Took care of my ant problem. Also treated in ground wasp nest. Did a great job!
Donell came out recently for our service. The kids enjoyed watching him clean away the spiders & said he was very friendly to them. Impressed by Donell, but am a bit disappointed in Alterra's customer service. I've tried to contact them twice via phone & never received a phone call back.
Matt and Lee were very professional and helpful. They answered my questions on concerns I had in our garage, did the usual outstanding work of spraying for all insects. De-webbed on our house, in the bushes, and got rid of 3 wasp nests under our deck. We have 4 season control for the many ants in our area and I haven't seen any in awhile now!
Since we began using Alterra there has been a noticeable reduction of bugs/pests. Lee is an outstanding technician; very polite and thorough. He is knowledgeable and very contentious about our family pets. He calls ahead, and explains what he is going to do and inquires about what we need. Thanks again for a job well done. I had spiders and bugs now i got none they did just what they said they would. i am happy with the service. my service pro Lee made sure i knew what he was doing and asked if i had any questions. Reminding me that if i have any issues they will come back and treat my house again inbetween regular services. Thank you Lee
Lee and Matt are a very professional crew. They double checked that all of my questions were answered and completed everything that I asked. They even did a second walk-thru around the house to make sure that they got all the spider webs and wasp nests cleared. They were very friendly and took great care of our home!
We have been using Alterra for a couple of years now, and are very happy with them. We get two houses done, ours in Lee's Summit, and then we added our daughter's in Grain Valley. Lee mainly comes to our house, sometimes it's Aziz. We like both of them. They know what they're doing! Quick response time. Reasonable fees. Great customer service. They get the job done. Eager to please! What more can you ask of a pest control company?
Luc did a great job thoroughly explaining what he did during the service visit and was very friendly. He also had to come while it was raining and didn't seem to mind.
