Great customer service over the phone and by the technicians. I had service today in my home was my favorite one with Donell .he was very friendly and knowledgeable ! he made sure we were taken care of before he left. he did an excellent job . Lina A
Alterra is an excellent pest control company. They "do what they say". They are on-time, thorough, and always willing to respond quickly any time we request a follow-up visit. We thought we could go without their service; well, that didn't last long! We were spider infested immediately; and, resumed their service. We are back to enjoying having our cobwebs knocked down and spider control. Lee was our service tech today, and as usual, left us cobweb free. He was cordial and expedient.
Donell was our service person, he did a great job telling us the importance of spraying the inside and outside of the house to get rid of the many different pests at our house.
Donell and Bill were wonderful to work with!! They listened to exactly what my issue was and treated the problem. They were extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with them again in the future!
Dylan Combs was extremely thorough and completely swept all areas of the house. Then applied pest control to house perimeter and the yard. He answered several questions my husband and was politely professional.
