Erik Waller came to repair my problem with my carpet. He was on time, very professional. He did an excellent job, very much appreciated his tips on how to care for the carpet to get the most use from the carpeting. Excellent customer service! You can really tell Alex and his crew care about their customers! We had hired them to clean our duct work and they did a fantastic job. When they discovered there was installation inside our vents (yes you read that correctly, apparently at some point a previous owner thought this would be a good idea) my husband and I were stunned, the guys tried to clean it out as they went along, but realized they were literally PACKED full....they called alex and he came out less then 30 mins later to assess ... read more

I posted my project and Erik called me that day, and did the install the next day, which was a Saturday. Was on time for both the appt and the job. Did a great job and I certainly appreciated the prompt response!
