It was a good experience. Erik went right through the install in a timely manner. Did the pie steps without giving any grief about them. I was not able to stay for part of install so their was somethings at doorways he had to change to fit the way I wanted them to (not standard) ,He was pleasant about it and just redid it to what I wanted. Great !
