Ours was actually a full house restoration due to puffback from gas logs not being properly placed. Our insurance covered the cost. Took about 5 wks. to complete. Quality of work was excellent, employees very helpful and informative. The few minor problems we had were taken care of immediately.
Alan was extremely knowledgable and explained everything to me. He explained just how the process works. His technicans were plesant and courteous and did the work efficiently. They answered any questions I had, told me what they found and showed me the results of the duct cleaning. They also took extra care in protecting my floors and furniture. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them.

The owner came to my house to give me an estimate. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the procedure that would take place should I hire his company. He pointed out that I had asbestos which would have to be taken care of before he could precede. He recommended someone that I later hired. I did look at another company for this job but Alex's recommendation seemed to be able to do a better job. After that step was completed, Alex's crew came in.
