His inspection was very thorough, informative and he took great time to look in every area of my home to give me ideas to improve air circulation, eliminate mold and chemicals, increase humidity and improve the verall quality. He immediately contacted a consultant to test for chemicals and mold, and he and Renate both followed up to see if I had additional questions or concerns. He did an excellent job, very much appreciated his tips on how to care for the carpet to get the most use from the carpeting.
