Although Altek was the most expensive carpet cleaner I went with them because the owner came in our home, measured the rooms and explained the process thoroughly. I did find one very small spot the next day after cleaning and called to find out the best way to remove it. I didn't think it was necessary to have someone come back to the house but they insisted. They stopped by the next day or so and quickly removed the spot. I would highly recommend Altek to anyone who wants the job done correctly.

Ours was actually a full house restoration due to puffback from gas logs not being properly placed. Our insurance covered the cost. Took about 5 wks. to complete. Quality of work was excellent, employees very helpful and informative. The few minor problems we had were taken care of immediately.
