Friendly, Professional and Knowledgable – I have been going to Alta Villa for several years now. The entire staff is always pleasant and professional. I have had many services done by practically the entire staff. I would highly recommend Alta Villa for all your spa needs! I love that Alta Villa is downtown, close to where I work. Kris is en expert when it comes to cutting and styling my thick locks. She knows how to cut and style it, too bad I cannot replicate what she does in the chair. Great employees – I have been going to alta villa for several years now. Lori is always pleasant and professional. I would never trust anyone else with my waxing. She makes it as painless as possible and is a joy to be around. Kim is also an excellent manicurist! I highly recommend both!!
Wonderful women and service – I just left Alta Villa and I don't know why it has taken me so long to post a review. . . I have been a client for years and thought it was about time to I gave them the rave review they deserve! Tina checked me in, Lori waxed my brows and Sarah cut my hair and all of them did a wonderful job! Greatest spa in downtown area – I was a first time customer to AltaVilla and as soon as a walked in the door i was lavished with friendliness. There is a coffee/tea bar which was welcoming along with cookies and biscottis which were the best i've had and thats not even their services. I had recieved a facial and a manicure. The facial was like no other that had special touches i have not seen anywhere else. To top the facial off they reapplied my make-up which is unusual.
