Quick and Well Performed Service – Being a professional landscaper is hard work and even worse when your equipment breaks down. I have been using al's for awhile. They always pull through for me and get my equipment done quickly and they always do a good job. I couldn't ask for better service.
Website with Quick Reponses – I've never been to Al's shop but I have been on their website. I had contacted them about some parts I was trying to find. The same day I was contacted back by a member of al's staff saying that he had my parts and they could be shipped to me. Al's is a great place and one of the few that will ship you parts.
Used Mower – After browsing at several used mowers on craigslist and not finding anything to my liking I decided to check out Al's. I found a Nice Toro that I really liked and the best part was Al's backs up all their mowers with a 1 year warranty. Now that to me shows they truly believe in what they are selling. They also had a good sales staff that really helped a lot with all my questions.
Husqvarna Warranty Servicicing Dealer – After purchasing my new husqvarna 350 saw at sears it had managed to not stay running. I thought to myself great now I will have to send my brand new saw out to some distributor and not see it again. Luckily I contacted husqvarna and they said I just had to take my saw to a servicing dealer. I looked up online the nearest dealer and found al's. Only Mower Delivery service – I needed my mower repaired but was in a bind. I checked around town and nobody had a pickup service. Al's is the only shop I could find that would actually pickup and deliver my mower. I'm glad Al's is around they did a great job on my mower as well.
Great Sales Staff – I recently purchased a craftsman mower from al's. Their sales staff helped me a ton in being able to make a proper decision. The guy that helped me showed me several examples of mowers in my price range and told me the pros and cons of each. This info helped me make a well informed decision and I am extremely happy with my Purchase. 5 Stars
Good Place to find Hard to find Parts – I had been searching all over town for some wheels for my old cooper clipper. AFter months of frustration I found Al's. They had 1 remaining set of the wheels I needed they also had several other parts for my old cooper as well as other parts for some harder to find mowers. I give Al's a 5/5 They are a great shop with a awesome inventory.
Best Tune-Up in town – I had been in contact with different mower repair shops in Portland but had been reluctant to take my mower in due to high price until I found Al's. They do have a great price only $54.95 for the tune up. I headed down there as soon as I heard the price. Upon picking my mower up after service was complete it ran like a top. I can't reccomend al's enough.
Great Service and Parts – I went to al's o get some parts for my mower. After I presented them with a model and serial number they promptly found the parts I was looking for and I was on my way. This kind of service is what is missiong from a lot of small businesses. I will continue using Al's for all my lawn and garden needs.
