As a lifetime bodybuilder and powerlifter, my back and hips have taken a beating over the years. Years ago I had L5 lumbar issues. I went through Dr Clark's Med-Ex program with his adjustments. After the program my back was close to 100% and eventually was able to start doing heavy deadlifts again. Since then I just go in for maintenance work to keep things optimal. Dr Clark is very experienced and has the right touch. Highly recommended!
