It’s been a while since I stopped in and visited the wonderful staff here at Alpine Spinal, and my visit today was proof that they provide effective care, and that I honesty need to probably go more often for maintenance. During a half marathon, I injured my hip. It stopped bothering me after the race, but I ended up feeling it over the last few days, and I decided to stop in to get adjusted and massaged. So far, they have been great! They take time to explain things so that you understand what is going on with your body. They work on permanent fixes to your injuries rather than a temporary solution with just the cracking
