we purchased a vehicle from alpine last year. we got the truck we wanted, with a service contract. while the vehicle has been in the shop more times that I can count, the service contract has paid for itself, many times over. however we have since paid the vehicle off, and have left 5 or 6 messages for their finance department to now cancel our gap and service contract, but they refuse to call us back. the customer service in this aspect is garbage. i left yet another vm today, and dont have any hope they will return my call... read more

Went into the dealership looking to buy a small SUV. We ended up finding one and they did an amazing job getting us financed. They got our financing down to very low. Jose was the one who helped us. All together the whole process took and 1he 30mins from start to finish. Could not have asked for a better experience with a dealership. No commitment or pressure it was a great buying experience.
Good process, didn’t take too long based on the number of vehicles waiting.
The service crew is great. I scheduled an oil change and they had me out of there in 30 minutes. They kindly answered questions I had about my new Terrain.
Big thanks to alpine GMC AND MAVERICK in particular. Can’t thank him enough for the work he put in. Finding the right truck , getting the lift/tires , getting the pricing right. No hassle and n more than anything wasn’t in there for hours on end . No pressure and was actually enjoyable. I will use him for every business and personal transaction from this point forward. Entregue mi carro de renta hace 6 meses y ahora resulta que me habla la financiera diciendo que el carro está mal y les debo pagar 3,000.000. Mi pregunta es tu agencia de carros no proteges de alguna forma a tus clientes soy clienta de hace varios años Solo me respondió Monica la vendedora es que eso es cosa de la financiera nosotros no sabemos. Que pena los tenía en excelente categoría. Ahora hablaré a Telemundo y pediré ayuda.
wouldn't buy or recommend this company to my enemy! much less anyone else!! The owner lied to me and to make it worse her husband has a big head and rude as hell.. while your spending money and buying they are great, but outside of that I hope you never need anything of significance. long story short if I am only 20% right you are better going anywhere else! and I mean anywhere else even if you spent more bit I would imagine you would save money as I was pretty much bent over by this company and their price!
