Really bad place..!!! We purchase our SUV they offer and extended warranty on our vehicle, we had an issue whit AC while the warranty of the diller ship still effective they said there were waiting to get the part and never call us, they will hang up or keep me waiting on the phone every time I call, pandemic situation when thru and I finally when back to see what was going to happen whit the repair of my SUV, to find out diller ship warranty already expired, we where shure we bought a extended warranty on our car to find ou... read more

Do NOT use these crooks. They sold us a “new car” that was actually used, had been in an accident and had a previous owner. Once we figured it out and they did some digging to find the prior dealership hadn’t disclosed the info to them. They say we’re sorry we should’ve done a car fax to check before selling it and let’s make it right. Which was to offer to buy back my $33k Acadia for $19k, when I’ve had it a year and owe $27k on it still. I’m sorry but I don’t see how that’s helpful. My husband and I came on Wednesday to look at a vehicle that was listed on the website. We walked the entire lot, where we didn't find it. Not a single person approached us so we went inside the building and waited on the foyer for someone to help us. We waited over 5 minutes, employees looked at us, but no one approached us or offered assistance. We also observed that most of the staff and patrons were NOT wearing face coverings which was clearly posted on the door. We left without a single employee talking to us. Terrible ... read more
Service Department is disorganized. My car sat for eight days before it was diagnosed. They didn't provide a loaner until day 4. They charged me a $575 restocking fee when I had the work done elsewhere.
not at all helpful salesman couldn't even care less. mr. Garcia. never would recommend going here. they sold my friend a SUV that ended up having trouble in the engine. bad service. dont go here.
