I had a great experience from Chuck at this new dealership. My used 2017 Buick Encore was fixed on warranty that I’ve been having phone calls since two months on after I bought it claiming it was gone. Just actually found out it went out in sept of 2020. The dealership was kind enough to get me a hardship warranty thru the warranty folks to get my intake manifold gasket and a new manifold replaced. We just bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot here. The Jeep was in pretty good shape, and we got a pretty good price. But when we test drove it, there were nice floor liners in it. It was one of the factors that had us choose it over some we had test driven at other dealerships. When we picked the vehicle up, they were gone. I contacted the salesman about the and never received a response. Bait and switch? We won’t be going back.

this is the worst car dealership I have been in to get a vehicle
5⭐️’s -We were in a terrible spot with our car electrical system failing and coming to a complete stop. We called Alpine and reached Michelle. Her internet was down but she reached out to Todd who was our Hero. He came to get us, got our car off the C470, calmed our fears and assured us of the quality service we would receive. He arranged a wrecker, got us to the dealership, and a nice loaner car to drive. This was all on the first Saturday in their new place. God Bless you, Alpine!!
