So sad...we have bought several vehicles as have a couple of our friends. Katrina, our salesperson is absolutely the best! However, dealing with the quick lube and service depts; a NIGHTMARE! The last fiasco, they more or less made some of the employee-caused damage to our vehicle right. However, going on 2 weeks since writing a letter to the owner; not even so much as a courtesy call back. Shows us how much our continued business means to them. VERY disappointing.
