Awesome Job Steve Mangekian came out on short notice and when it came to the inspection he looked at everything as if he was buying the house. His slide show while going over the inspection it was like you did the job with him.
Pleasant Experience! Steve was incredibly professional, thorough and friendly. He detailed everything he found in an easy to understand manner and the final report was exhaustive and very helpful. We are extremely happy with the results and will absolutely recommend his services. Cost-wise, we did not do a lot of comparison, but the prices were higher than we expected, but not at an unacceptable level.

Thoroughly Satisfied I must say that this was a humbling experience. I thought that I was very knowledgeable in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and basically, any type of maintenance in or out of a house/condo/apartment. Great Job! Alpha Building Inspections performed a condo inspection for me that was thorough, professional and well worth it. In addition, the inspection was performed in the late afternoon and by the same evening, I had full, comprehensive report with pictures and detailed analysis, including heat, a/c temps, water temps, all lighting and switches checked, along with all appliances.
