From the first phone call to scheduling the inspection to working with Tom Pelletier, the whole inspection journey was professional, informative, thorough and friendly. Tom would not hesitate to stop what he was doing to answer any questions or concerns big or small that I had. In spite of an unexpected brutally hot day, he remained completely focused.
