Luke did a fantastic job! Luke was our inspector and did a fantastic job for us. He had no problems allowing me to follow him around to all areas of the house and answered all of my questions. He explained why he was doing and what he was doing for each aspect of the inspection. The report was very detailed and made it very easy for me to decide if I should purchase the house or not.
Absolutely amazing experience! Absolutely amazing. I was impressed with the courteousness they extended to the tenants during the inspection. I received the results the same day which was amazing because the inspection lasted the whole day. Loved the experience and would recommend them highly.

Exceptional Service! The inspection done, due to the fact that the townhouse had not been de-winterized, was excellent. It was my first time using Steve's services.
