Excellent Service! I recently had a home inspection performed by Jim Reid of Alpha Building Inspections. Jim was very professional and thorough. The home was older and had obvious areas that needed attention. The resulting report was a comprehensive package that indicated the areas of concern. The report also provided major systems that had outstanding recalls. In my case, there were none. But as a buyer, I would want to know if the boiler had recalls that were not installed. RecommendedAs a first-time home buyer the inspection process is daunting and I had to undergo the process twice during my search for the right home. Both inspectors, Tom Pelletier and Jim Reid, were willing to talk through all of the inspection items and provided great advice on how to address the issues identified and the right professionals to call. They made a potentially difficult process much easier to navigate for my wife and I. Would recommend them everytime!
I was first introduced to Alpha while representing a property seller. After seeing how thoroughly they inspected the property, how well they communicated with the buyer... it was a no brainer to start using them for my buyers! I highly recommend them. All of their inspectors have been thorough, not alarming the buyer but educating. Their reports are accurate with pictures and full explanations. They are the best of the best!

I don�t think you could find a better inspector than Tom. We needed a thorough inspection because this will be our first home. Tom went through everything inside and out and made sure to explain everything along the way. The inspection took 4 hours and we were given a terrific digital report laying out every issue with suggestions on how to address every need.
