We were referred to Alpha by a home inspection company and we are glad we went with them. Jim Reid was our inspector in Newbury NH. Luke was awesome. As a first time homebuyer, Luke helped ease any nerves by explaining his process and what he would be doing for his inspection. He let us know what we could do while he was doing his inspection so that we didn't feel awkward watching what he was looking at or doing our own looking around. The inspection was very thorough and the report was extremely detailed with a lot of pictures to remind us exactly what was being talked about in the report. Luke made the entire process very simple and worry free.

Very pleased with the thorough job they did. Jim discovered that the neighbors had been taping into the circuit box since at least 2004 which had gone undetected in the two home inspections/sales since then. Highly recommend.
Jim was the inspector for my Buyer. Jim was very thorough explaining any and all issue throughout the inspection to make sure the Buyer questions were answered and most importantly they understood the answer. Jim took the time and at the end of the inspection, went through the inspection on his laptop and the many photos he took explaining clearly to the Buyer. Once the inspection was completed, my buyer was fully informed.
We had our home inspection today and Jim was great. He explained everything to us, told us everything we needed to know. I would definitely recommend Alpha Building Inspections to anyone looking for a house inspection.
Jim did an excellent job! Jim was excellent in walking me through my first home inspection. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He left no stone unturned at the house, I was very impressed. Even after the inspection, they were happy to help me with some concerns that I had with the property. The final report was detailed and well put together. I was very pleased with Alpha Building Inspections and I will be sure to recommend them to my friends when they buy their homes!
