Great Service This was my first experience with a home inspection. Having purchased a foreclosure from a bank, the bank was not terribly cooperative in implementing the inspection. There was a lot of rescheduling necessary, yet Steve couldn't have been more patient, professional and accommodating throughout the process. Highly Recommend Mr. Mangekian was very complete and professional. The inspection was done thoroughly and with the future homeowner in mind. His explanation of potential issues was clear and useful. Mr. Mangekian also had helpful recommendations for improving the home. We also appreciated his approach to the actual inspection as he explained every step and was not hesitant to answer even the most minute questions.
