Can’t recommend Paola enough!! She was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. Her technique was on point!! She made sure every detail looked clean and polished. Paola really listened carefully to what I wanted and gave thoughtful suggestions that made the final look even better. Leaving 1 star because I could not leave it at ZERO. I’ve had positive experiences in the past. However this one, made me want to NEVER go back again after the HORRENDOUS UNPROFESSIONAL treatment from the nail tech named Paola Santiago.
