car was broken into overnight and conveniently no camera in that part of that parking lot. this hotel staff is doing nothing about it. what a joke
Great location! It is walkable to a ton of stuff. Also, the light rail is a 5 minute walk away so it's very convenient to take the train to other parts of the city. The hotel has a fun, funky vibe. It's got a cool hotel bar with a good happy hour, and they have live performances in there some nights. The room was clean and I really liked how it was laid out. The beds face the windows so you get a nice view.
Stop stealing people's money. Your bottom line is more important than customer service. I canceled a room a week in advance and you kept the entire cost of two rooms just to charge someone else to stay there. You got two payments for the same room. Criminal.
Super comfy beds and clean room. Very friendly staff. I will continue to recommend this property to all our clients. This is our new go to hotel in Minneapolis.
