Really bad service and Poor ownership/management.

Allure salon has been the only place I get my hair done for 10+ years. I'm listened to and always happy when I leave. With the service and my new look.
I love it. Miss Pam is always willing to go a little crazy with my hair which other stylists get scared to do. I've been going here for a couple years and don't plan on going anywhere else.
I've been through 5 different stylists in a very short time. This is so frustrating. :(

I have been going to Allure since they opened around 14 years ago. Pam has been my stylist for almost the entire time. She does an amazing job on my highlights and doesn't settle for good enough. She listens to my wants for my hair, and she is always willing to offer suggestions. Pam doesn't just "chop away" and hurry through my haircuts. She knows how to explain why there are limitations to having hair certain lengths in order for the style to look "right." Her scalp massages are incredible, too!!
Most awful customer service experience of my life. I would not recommend this salon to anyone!
