although I was not able to get my hair colored as planned Pam did a wonderful job with my haircut and with making me feel happy and comfortable, I'll definitely be coming back!
Disapointing color, style, and service. I was a happy client for 5 years. After my last experience, I found a new salon to fix the terrible color and cut I received. Mistakes happen, but there's no excuse for poor customer service. If you're looking for a salon, look somewhere else. Allure has no problem letting you leave looking foolish and ignoring you if you complain.
