When my 90 year old aunt fractured her back we contacted the salon to find out if they would be able to wash and style her hair since she was unable to do it at home. They were more than happy to accommodate her needs. All of the staff has been SO wonderful and patient with her every time I have brought her in. while I myself have been coming to this salon for several years the incredible compassion and genuine kindness they continue to show my aunt guarantees that I will be coming here for years!!!!
I recently went to another salon for highlights and had a hair disaster! I contacted Allure Salon and Spa during non business hours and they asked me to send them pictures of the current look and pictures of how I normally look and said they would be glad to help me out the very next day. My professional stylist was Amy and she was awesome she was able to fix my hair which was a miracle. I went in for a haircut and full foil. I told and showed Stephanie what I wanted with pictures. She cut my hair so short that I can barely put it up in a clip. I went in with long hair to the middle of my back. The full foil wasn't what I wanted or expected. Kristina the Manager wanted me to come in for them to fix the foil but I didn't want them touching my hair again. I had to go to another salon to get the color fixed and I have to grow my hair out again. I would NOT recommend this salon.

Allure is the only place where I get my hair cut and my kids hair cut. They do a phenomenal job and always make us feel like royalty
Took my daughter in for her birthday present. Madi did a great job on the color and keeping her well informed in what she was doing as it was her first time experiencing a color process. Everyone at the color was very professional! Color turned out great! Thank you Madi and the rest of the staff!
Just had my nails done there. EXCELLENT care and customer service and my nails look better than they ever have! XOXO! Highly recommend.
