I sent my request early Saturday morning and got a call from Jeremy that morning. It was urgent but I thought it was awesome he called me to see if I needed someone to come out. It was urgent so I got an appointment set up for Monday morning. Jeff was my service guy and he was great! I will be using them again for future repairs
Thankful thankful that I went to them for a second opinion. The other company said I needed a new heat pump for a simple repair
I hired this place to come out and check my gas furnace. After looking at it, he said it was too old to find parts for. That sounded right since it was from the late 50s (original from when the house was built). He then said that the Goettl heat pump on the roof could heat as well as cool. All I had ever used it for was cooling, so I didn't know. He went on the roof and changed around some wiring, then came down and said he could only get it wired for 'heat only' and that I would need to call them out again in the spring to ... read more
