When they came to look at the air conditional they did not have the part and had to return the next day. Working good so far. I didn't appreciate the fact that they did not knock when they finished but just just walked in with dirty shoes..

Very nice and efficient. Only negative comment would be that service cost was listed as $120 and was actually $152 - $101 fee Plus $50 service call. I feel this should have been accurately quoted.

The difference between this provider and others was that Jeremy SHOWED ME how he knew the motor accompanying the compressor was leaking bearing oil, and should be replaced. Others said it should be done, but provided no supporting information -OR- said it could last awhile... but neglected to reveal the potential consequences of not replacing the motor... ruining other parts of the A/C requiring whole system be replaced relatively soon (June) eventually this summer.
