They were very good to explain the steps they would take in removing the evap cooler, left no debris when finished. Checked my Trane unit thoroughly before heat season arrives.

The problem was diagnosed very quickly.
The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and customer oriented. He performed other important testing of the unit and explained it all in layman terms.
Came by for a second opinion, other company told me my units on its last legs, going to die soon, need new $9000 unit ASAP. Jeremy came by, did a better job of checking everything out, went places the other guy never got close to, and told me that I have a 12 year old unit. It seems to be running fine, but it is old. I asked him to work up an estimate, and he came back under $6000. IF I buy a new unit, it will be from him.

Price gauged, did the work with out giving me a chance to decline due to his price.
Jeremy is a true professional. He treated us with honesty. He diagnosed a problem that was wires switched causing our heating element to run with our AC, and he refused to charge us for fixing it because it was a "simple fix". This WAS A FIX! and it is now saving us a third of our electric bill. Another guy wanted $120 for the fix, and Jeremy fixed it two seconds. I know who I am calling next time. Thanks Jeremy!
