This was the first company to call back to schedule an appointment to repair our system. They also were able to accommodate us by coming out the same day. Jeremy had to work on our roof air conditioner in 101 degree heat.
I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Particularly in these difficult COVID19 times, Allstate came though for us in a extremely excellent way. I am so very satisfied, and would recommend them to anyone. Big thanks to Jeremy for coming through for us in a timely, efficient, and cost effective manner. All the way! Thanks!
Jeremy was very nice and explained what he was doing and how everything looked. He went above and beyond for the time he was there and did a few extra checks to see how my ducts looked and if they needed any repairs. I highly recommend him.
This company was the first to call me back. I didn't have to call them. Jeremy came out and did a service on our air conditioner. He gave us some good information about our unit. He was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. We will definitely call them again.
